Position Summary:
Provide technical support for Fibocom products and applications to sales channel personnel and key accounts.

Responsibilities:
1. MARKET ANALYSIS / FEEDBACK PROCESS:
- Provide Fibocom organization with all relevant information about the application(s) evolution at all major players (component content, system requirements development, new products requirements, integration strategy, competition, etc.).
2. TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify projects where Fibocom’s solutions can be most strategically incorporated, while also evaluating the internal resources and skills needed to support seamless integrations.
- Analyze and synthesize customer needs, and identify significant shifts and trends in the market.
- Ensure that customers and partners have access to relevant technical documentation and product information.
- Provide regular updates to management and appropriate internal teams regarding project status and technical engagements.
- Cultivate relationships with key local industry participants such as MNOs, MVNOs, and design houses to support technical collaborations and partnerships.
- Orchestrate technical responses to RFIs and RFQs, coordinating the contributions of all involved Fibocom technical teams.
3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT ACTIVITIES:
- Provide technical support to customers and distributors during the design phase.
-Train customers and distributors on Fibocom solutions through technical seminars/webinars, road-show, presentations and customer meetings.
- Secure the involvement of the relevant HQ departments (Engineering, Quality, Marketing) when required and relevant.
- Inform customers of Fibocom’s products offering changes (order codes, HW or SW evolutions).
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Build project plan, agrees with management and monitors it on regular basis.
- Follow the delivery progress
- Communicate with customer and track progress.
Required Education, Experience and Competencies:
1.Engineer degree in Embedded Systems and Software.
2.10+ years of experience in Cellular IoT projects.
3.Strong experience of key account technical management.
4.Experience in product definition and requirements management.
Required Technical Knowledge:
1.Telecom system / protocols: 3GPP, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, TCP/IP, MQTT, LWM2M…
2.Embedded Linux (Kernel, Boot, security, integration, Yocto…)
3.Technologies: GNSS, Wifi, Bluetooth, RF, Satellites
4.Experience with chipset Qualcomm, Mediatek, Unisoc, Teamplayer
5.Ability to address different levels of customer’s organization.
6.Autonomous and experienced person to support challenge and change.
7.Experience in project management (transversal management)
8.Experience working with remote teams and international environment.
