For our partner company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an IT Team Leader (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this role, you will play a central role in the digital transformation of the company and thus in the digitalization of patient care. Specifically, you will lead a team consisting of project managers who will make a significant contribution to the introduction of new software solutions and the continuous further development of the existing application landscape. A current focus is the implementation of various projects within the framework of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG).

Your tasks
9. Technical and disciplinary management of the IT project management team (incl. staff deployment planning, task allocation and recruiting)
10. Control and management of cross-departmental IT projects, particularly in the context of funding programs such as the Hospital Future Act (KHZG)
11. Active further development of the IT strategy to optimize clinical processes
12. Managing external service providers and project partners in the context of project implementation and preparing professional presentations for IT management and executive management
13. Implementing training and qualification concepts in close coordination with IT management to promote the continuous development of the team
14. Monitoring technological developments and market trends to identify relevant innovations at an early stage
Your profile
15. Experience in IT project management, ideally in the field of digitalization projects
16. Knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA or agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe)
17. Experience in managing complex IT projects, including budget, resource and risk management
18. Experience in managing IT teams or project teams, preferably with disciplinary responsibility
19. Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working
20. Ability to communicate complex interrelationships in an understandable way and to present decisions in a way that is appropriate for the target group
21. Very good written and spoken German
