We are &why – an interdisciplinary studio for digital products and brand experiences.

Our goal is to build timeless, impactful digital products that don’t just look good, but truly matter. Projects like the digital platform for KKL Lucerne, large-scale products for FreeNow, immersive storytelling formats, or AI agents for B-Lab show what drives us.
Right now, we’re building our own technical platform as the foundation for all our projects – and that’s where you come in.
What you’ll do
* You’ll be part of a cross-functional project team and work closely with clients, designers, and creatives. You’ll support projects from concept to launch – and beyond.
* Build sophisticated web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
* Create interactive, visually strong interfaces (ideally with Framer Motion or similar)
* Take ownership of clean, well-documented, high-quality code
* Actively contribute to our engineering principles and help evolve them
* Collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy – open, agile, and on eye level
Your Experience
* 3+ years of experience building production-ready web applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
(ideally in an agency or consultancy environment )
* A portfolio that shows your ability to translate strong design into complex, polished interfaces
* A structured way of working and clear documentation skills
* You can explain technical topics to non-technical teammates
* Curiosity for new things - from design and storytelling to 3D
nive to have:
* Experience with 3D / WebGL (e.g. Three.js)
* Experience with CMS systems
* Agency experience or working on multiple projects in parallel

* Salary range: €55,000 - €65,000 gross per year (full-time), depending on experience
Salary note: The stated salary refers to the gross annual salary before taxes, in line with standard practice in Germany.
