We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Commercial Director, focusing on driving growth in our Mass Retail Channel within Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.
* Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
* Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
* Own the sales forecast, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets and revenue targets per customer.
* Lead annual negotiations with local and regional customers including buying groups.
* Build strong, trust-based partnerships with top retailer partners.
Requirements:
* An outstanding track record of success in sales (Mass and/or Discount channel is ideal, but not a must) with a minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience at senior leadership level.
* Strong track record in negotiations, listing wins, trade spend management & market share growth.
* Demonstrated success in both strategic planning and perfect execution.
* Proven experiences with people development.
