About the Role As a Purchasing Contract Manager, you will act as a key interface between internal departments such as Sales and Content and our international data suppliers. As part of our Content Licensing Team, you will play a central role in the Purchase-to-Pay process. Your responsibilities include: Negotiating delivery terms with international data suppliers (e.g., stock exchanges, news agencies, brokers, and rating agencies) for customer projects. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier contracts in German and English, including pricing and usage rights. Preparing and managing supplier agreements in German and English. Supporting the sales team in RFP processes by providing commercial input on the use of stock exchange data, broker data, news, and rating agency content. Ensuring the smooth internal processing of changes to delivery conditions. Serving as the main point of contact for sales and product management teams, both domestically and internationally. Who you are Degree in law, economics, or a related field. Fluent in German and English (business level). Strong commitment and a structured, customer-focused approach. Detail-oriented and structured, even under tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office applications.
