Exciting tasks await you:
* Independent processing of monthly payroll accounting for a defined group of employees in compliance with legal, collective agreement and operational requirements
* Maintenance and control of payroll-relevant master and transaction data in SAP HCM as well as time management support
* Contact person for employees and managers on tax, social security and collective agreement issues as well as all payroll-related topics
* Cooperation with social insurance providers and authorities
* Calculation and control of flat-rate taxes such as company events etc.
* Support and assistance with external audits, e.g. by German pension insurance, tax authorities or auditors
* Preparation of statistics and analyses
* Contributing to the further development of internal payroll processes and interfaces with regard to efficiency, automation and compliance
* Management of HR projects
* Analysing and rectifying errors in payroll
Your qualifications:
* Completed commercial training, with further training or studies in payroll accounting (HR specialist, Bachelor of Science, etc.) or a comparable qualification
* Several years of in-depth experience in payroll accounting with SAP HCM
* Good knowledge of tax and social security law and ideally collective bargaining law (preferably metal and electrical collective agreements)
* Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
* Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working paired with a high sense of responsibility
* Reliability and enjoy teamwork
