About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Senior Director, International Markets (all genders) to join the International Markets team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In the International Markets Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.
Your mission:
1. Strategic Advisory & Execution: Serve as a central advisor to global and regional executive teams, providing high-level business analysis and hands-on support for operational execution.
2. Revenue Acceleration Levers: Identify and scale frameworks to unlock the full monetization potential of the customer base, deepening penetration into advertising and media segments.
3. Operational Improvement & Efficiency: Deep-dive into levers to optimize store utilization, delivery density and our fleet to directly reduce Cost Per Order (CPO).
4. Global Benchmarking & Best Practices: Establish "what good looks like" by comparing performance across diverse geographies to extract and industrialize top-performing "ways of working" globally.
5. Transformation Roadmap Leadership: Move beyond strategy into heavy-lifting execution, organizing teams to move complex intervention projects from local pilots to global scale.
6. Executive Stakeholder Influence: Act as a critical partner to senior leadership and Country COOs, building consensus across diverse cultures to align on large-scale change initiatives.
7. Performance Accountability: Own the "Performance Delta" by utilizing multiple data sources to provide senior management with the strategic clarity and business cases needed to move key KPIs.
8. Navigating Ambiguity: Distill complex, decentralized problems into simple, actionable steps, providing clear direction for local entities in high-pressure environments.
9. Team Leadership & Interim Management: Lead and coach a core team of specialists while remaining prepared to take on interim leadership responsibilities within local or global functions as needed.practices from different countries
What you need to be successful
10. You gained at least 10+ years of professional experience (not counting internships) in a top-tier management consulting and/or industry leader (preferably retail / consumer / eCommerce / internet / technology industries)
11. You are advanced in business analysis and modeling, while possessing a hands-on mentality, strong bias for action and impact oriented attitude
12. You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus
13. You are highly independent and have self starter mindset
14. You are motivated and communicative, very energetic, agile and solution oriented in handling business challenges, while always remaining humble
15. You possess high analytical thinking skills
16. You are comfortable with limited travel
