What you'll need:
8. A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
9. A strong track record in end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process management and system rollouts across global matrix organizations
10. In-depth expertise with leading procurement platforms like SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar
11. Broad knowledge across strategic, tactical, and operational procurement
12. Analytical mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain, RPA, IoT, etc.)
13. Fluency in English and German
14. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
15. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional S2P projects and delivering measurable procurement improvements
16. Willingness to travel
