Key Responsibilities:
1.Establish HR systems for the new factory.
2.Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent and manage new employee onboarding.
3.Build an inclusive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, handling disciplinary actions, and facilitating communication.
4.Design performance evaluation systems (including goal-setting, feedback, and rewards) to boost engagement and productivity.
5.Identify training needs, organize development programs, and support career growth to align skills with business goals.
6.Manage competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
7.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2.At least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in the automotive industry.
3.Fluent in German and English; Chinese is a strong advantage.
4.Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5.Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office.
6.Working knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
