About the Role:
* Manage and execute proactive sales initiatives in focus regions with existing and new accounts.
* Support and execute strategic business development projects in new products, markets, applications, and technologies.
* Define/align regional sales strategy contributing to global project business targets in close alignment with product management.
You will be responsible for establishing a global sales structure for reciprocating compressors as a new portfolio element.
We are seeking an experienced professional with several years of sales and/or service-related experience in a B2B environment.
The ideal candidate should have problem-solving skills, be able to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Affinity with software such as MS-Office, SAP, Navision, and Salesforce is required.
Excellent written and spoken English skills, with good knowledge of German being an advantage.
