Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
1. Take over the installation of new plants, the maintenance, servicing and repair of Mühlbauer production machines at our customers' sites
2. Within the scope of our product portfolio you will be on short to mid-termed service trips worldwide, mainly to USA
3. Creation of service reports and customer documentation
4. Customer consulting as well as the implementation of customer trainings on site
5. Monitor external maintenance teams, analyze malfunctions and perform troubleshooting
Your profile:
6. Completed technical education in field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or similar (m/f/d)
7. Experience and enjoy working in an industrial environment and can inspire our customers with it
8. Very good technical understanding as well as very good mechanical skills
9. Experience in maintaining and repairing of industrial machines
10. Willingness to travel worldwide / initial location would be USA
11. High target and solution orientation
12. Good communication skills
13. Good written and spoken English
14. German language skills desirable
15. Assertiveness
16. Highly pronounced capacity for teamwork
17. Driver's license class 3/B
18. US visa is an advantage
