An Optimized Process Specialist is needed to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance or Engineering is required. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in process management, functional consulting or similar roles are also necessary.
* Prior knowledge of Purchasing, Sales and Finance processes is crucial for success in this position. Additionally the ability to write functional specifications and conduct process workshops will be beneficial.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in internal controls compliance frameworks risk mitigation ERP systems like SAP Microsoft Dynamics Oracle Infor — ideally Business Central is preferred but not essential for consideration.
