Every month you close, every report you produce, and every process you build will directly support our 3x revenue trajectory. Accounting & Process Build-Out: Take ownership of our bookkeeping and accounting infrastructure - build it right, then make it faster.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for the parent entity and subsidiaries, including consolidation support.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners (tax advisors, auditors, banks) to keep everything tight.
2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance - you’ve closed books and built reports, not just watched others do it.
~ Solid grasp of accounting principles (HGB/IFRS) and financial reporting.
~ Experience in a fast-paced environment - start-up, VC, PE, or consulting background is a strong plus.
~ Fully fluent in German is a must (C2) ; strong English for cross-functional work.
