Your tasks
7. Maintenance, updating and quality assurance of content in the online store based on Shopware
8. Creating, editing and optimizing articles, product descriptions, images, categories and keywords
9. Managing user accounts, authorizations and roles in the store system
10. Processing support requests in 1st and 2nd level support
11. Maintenance, data synchronization and quality assurance of data in the product information system
12. Creating and maintaining documentation, instructions and FAQ articles for internal and external users
13. Coordination with specialist departments and other internal contacts to ensure smooth operation
Your profile
14. Basic knowledge of working with product information systems
15. Experience in maintaining and managing digital content
16. Technical understanding of online stores and web-based applications
17. Experience in customer and user support (1st and 2nd level)
18. Careful, structured and service-oriented way of working
19. Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility
