As Senior Proposal Manager (m/f/d) for our Data Center division, you will be overseeing the development, coordination, and submission of strategic bids for international projects. You will ensure proposals are aligned with client expectations and Exyte’s business objectives, while driving continuous improvement across the proposal lifecycle. Responsibilites Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, compliant, and competitive submissions Review and interpret complex RFPs and RFQs Organise, direct and motivate multidisciplinary proposal preparation teams Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business development to gather technical and commercial input Oversee the creation of proposal documents including executive summaries, technical narratives, pricing strategies and presentations Drive process improvements, standardisation and best practice across proposal activities Maintain proposal templates, qualification materials and ensure alignment with brand and strategic messaging Support business development in customer acquisition and take part in proposal presentations Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management or a related field 10+ years relevant work experience Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, ideally with a proven track record in Data Center projects or related high‑tech industries Prior experience working in EPC services Proficiency in Microsoft Office and proposal management tools Excellent communication skills in English and German Ability to travel as needed Strong collaboration skills and ability to mobilise and engage cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives Ability to work in a fast‑paced delivery team Benefits Opportunity to actively participate in customised, large‑scale technological projects in engineering and construction A multidisciplinary working environment Onboarding, on‑the‑job training and a variety of online and classroom trainings (e.g. language training in German or English) offered via our extensive Learning Management System Buddy system – several weeks of close familiarisation with colleagues in the team Fitness contract subsidised via eGym Wellpass, available at over 5,000 locations in Germany For further questions and information, please do not hesitate to contact Lisa Rakowsky via E‑mail at lisa.rakowsky@exyte.net.
