About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Account
Executive to lead high-impact sales cycles with some of the industry's most
influential clients. In this role, you'll manage everything from lead
generation to executive-level presentations and contract negotiations, all
while showcasing the power of Yardi’s enterprise
solutions. You’ll build strong relationships with key
decision-makers, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored,

What You’ll Do:
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing,
consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and
presenting tailored Yardi solutions. Stay up to date on Yardi products, industry trends, and
competitive landscape to effectively position and promote offerings. Represent Yardi at marketing events, prepare sales
performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
efforts.
Who You Are:
* Bachelor’s
degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
and 3+ years of successful technology/software sales experience
* Strong
command of the full sales cycle, including lead generation,
discovery/qualification, pricing and positioning, proposal development,
negotiation, and closing
* Proficient
with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to understand,
present, and demonstrate technical products
* Goal‑oriented,
self‑motivated, proactive, and effective at problem‑solving
* Excellent
interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong
negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities
* Able
to engage decision makers at mid‑sized companies with a highly responsive,
client‑focused approach
* Strong
time‑management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize
multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
* Willing
to travel up to 50%, Fluency in German & English as a language
