Über DichRelevant Business Degree, with a Sales, Marketing, Finance or Business management specialization 5+ years of relevant professional experience in RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance or Consulting in FMCGStrong analytical thinking skills, experience in RGM calculations and understanding of key trade concepts (e.g profit pool, trade margin)Effective stakeholder management, strong resilience, and the flexibility to quickly grasp cross-functional areas.Role needs strong acumen to drive data-driven-decision-making, develop strategy and penetrate and track action plansStrong team player with ability to foster x-functional collaborationExcellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint and Excel (Power Query or Power BI experience is a plus)Fluent language skills in English, German is a plusStart is asap in all our locations in Germany, Austria or Switzerland.
