The Role
• Administer and maintain a highly available, hybrid Windows Active Directory and Exchange infrastructure across two data centers
• Review and evaluate Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and ensure successful policy implementation
• Develop guidelines for the secure operation of Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 (and newer)
• Manage and support the 2FA solution
• Handle 2nd-level support requests and troubleshooting
What You'll Need
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration, with a strong enthusiasm for the field
• Proven experience in operating and administering Active Directory and Exchange infrastructures in on-premise and hybrid environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as PowerShell, WSUS for server environments, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Very good command of German, both written and spoken
