We are in an exciting phase of rapid growth at deepc. As we continue to grow, we have identified the need to find a commercially astute Presales Solution Architect to enable in supporting the sales function and its business development activities.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer of deepc, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team in engagement with new and existing customers. Working closely with the customer's clinical and technical teams, this role drives the understanding within customers of the deepc solution offering and how the deepc solutions fit within the customers environment. The role will present to customers on the technical architecture, system requirements, integrations and the AI partner portfolio including system demonstrations.
This role will enable the sales team in establishing the business case for implementing deepc solutions including return on investment or other value associated with the solution. Based on those customer facing activities, the role will prepare clinical and technical solution information and architecture material and other sales collateral, they will participate in tender submissions and associated activities. The role will be involved in ensuring demonstration systems are prepared and available for any member of the sales team to deliver a high-quality presentation and demonstration.

Your Challenge
Customer Engagement & Solution Alignment
* Support the sales team in customer engagements by articulating how deepc’s solutions fit within clinical workflow and technical environments.
* Present technical architecture, system requirements, integration capabilities, and product offerings tailored to customer needs—both remotely and onsite.
* Deliver compelling system demonstrations and develop enablement assets, including training material, for sales enablement with our clinical application team.
Solution & Proposal Development
* Assist in building strong business cases for deepc solutions, including ROI and other value drivers.
* Prepare solution architecture documentation, sales collateral, and technical content for customer-facing activities.
* Become the project owner for RFP/tender submissions, including leading workshops and tender defence sessions for all markets.
Project Management and Implementation
* Assist in the implementation and development of deepc where required to assist with complex deployments
Demonstration & Prototype Support
* Ensure demo systems are always ready and available for high-quality presentations—across customer sites, remote calls, and trade shows
* Build prototypes or proof-of-concept setups to support specific demonstration needs.
Knowledge Management & Sales Enablement
* Maintain a deep understanding of the deepc platform and AI partner solutions, including technical integration requirements.
* Deliver internal training and knowledge transfer sessions for the sales team to enhance their product understanding and confidence.
* Provide regular updates on product capabilities and roadmap as required.
Revenue Operations & CRM Hygiene
* Support pricing and proposal generation in collaboration with the sales team.
* Ensure accurate CRM usage and real-time visibility into team performance and pipeline health.
* Contribute to forecasting improvements and process efficiency through data integrity and tool optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Support onboarding of new sales team members with technical and product knowledge.
* Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success teams for smooth customer handovers and implementation readiness.
* Provide market and customer feedback to the Product Management team to influence product evolution and roadmap priorities
Your Profile
* 3-5+ years of experience working with medical imaging and informatics technologies
* Native-level or fluent in English and German
* Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead customer presentations, demonstrations and discovery sessions
* Project management experience ideally PRINCE2
* Excellent technical and integration skills including
* Virtualisation software such as ESX
* Server and workstation operating systems including Windows and Unix
* Database systems
* Knowledge of networking protocols like DNS, TCP/IP etc
* DICOM, HL7, FHIR and other protocols
* Familiarity with API’s - REST, GraphQL and Webhooks.
* Ability and eagerness to acquire new technical skills and learn new technologies
* Fanatical attention to detail and documentation
* Experience with using a CRM (SFDC preferred)
* You work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders
* Able to work remotely and independently with minimal direction
* Ethics and experience in a structured/regulated sales organization
* You enjoy a dynamic, inspiring, and diverse environment
* Travel is required, up to 25%
* Preferred: Experience with radiology AI products
