NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called: EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team. The overall objective of this assignment is to: strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention; contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes; improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions; inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries. Duration : The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date. Key Expert: Security Expert (Cat. I or II) Qualifications and Skills: Degree from law enforcement/military academy OR in security studies; – OR 5 years additional relevant experience in lieu of degree. Proficiency in English and EU EOM working language (C1). General Experience: Cat. I: 10 years / Cat. II: 5 years in military/police/security. Specific Experience: Security for international missions (EU/UN). Risk assessments and mission planning. Security plan drafting, contingency planning. Security operations center setup.
