Mission
Responsibilities
* Creation and analyse of financial situation of products, customers, suppliers for management, sales, etc
* Review standard costs with actual costs
* Manage coherent data in the dedicated system
* Review of daily profit
* Forecast and related reports
* Consumption calculation for paper, stocks,…
* Stock variations
* Prepare all group report
* Review all AC reports
* Manage intranet file upload
* Monthly stock take
* Stock reconciliation in accounting
* Investigate discrepancies
* Collaboration with internal, external audit
* Statec enquiries
* Prepare basic financial statements and notes
* Ensure compliance with local regulations
* Follow-up of investments grants from local ministry and EU
* Review internal audit procedure with actual practice
* Compare with the management rules and best practice
* Ad-hoc requests
Profile
Profile
* Degree educated
* At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
* Good spoken and written English – French would be a plus
* PC literate
* Motivated, self-sufficient and well organized
