Job Title: Field Service Director
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our Field Service Operations. This is a high-level position that requires a recognized expert within the semiconductor or related industry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management: As Field Service Director, you will lead a team of field service professionals, ensuring they have the necessary capabilities and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
* Customer Satisfaction and Expectations: You will bridge the gap between internal and external stakeholders, meeting customer expectations in terms of safety, quality, and speed.
* Strategic Planning and Business Analytics: In this role, you will contribute to the development of segment/functional strategy and execute business plans to drive growth and improvement.
* Project Management and Change Processes: You will utilize your project management skills to lead large teams through change processes, driving transformation and innovation.
* Performance Metrics and Reporting: As Field Service Director, you will define performance metrics and report on progress against business unit and account-specific goals.
Key Requirements:
* Education: An engineer school or bachelor's degree is required.
* Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, with extensive expertise in the semiconductor or related industry.
* Skills and Qualifications: High-level customer management experience, ability to lead and inspire teams, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, process improvement, and decision-making skills.
This is a senior role that offers opportunities for growth and development, working closely with the Central Europe Field Service Senior Director.
