Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of financial clients (SOPARFI, holdings, PE/RE structures), ensuring timely preparation and review of annual accounts, tax and VAT returns, and regulatory filings (CSSF, BCL).
* Lead a team of accountants by overseeing daily workflows, fostering a collaborative team spirit, and actively contributing to their professional development.
* Maintain strong relationships with your clients, understand their needs in advance, and take part in business development or service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
">
* At least 6 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four firm in Luxembourg.
* Experience in supervising or mentoring colleagues and comfortable managing small to medium-sized teams.
* A strong background working with PE/RE structures and/or SOPARFI/Holdings.
* Fluency in both German and English; French is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
* Solution-oriented, communicative, and able to adapt your leadership approach to different team dynamics.
