Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building long-term client relationships? We are seeking a Client Executive to lead and nurture key client accounts at Orange Business. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and drive mutual success through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic objectives to deliver value-driven solutions.
* Account Leadership: Lead a customer-focused team, ensuring alignment with client goals and company strategy. Oversee account governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Revenue & Profitability Growth: Manage the client’s P&L, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth while optimizing margins.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a 3-year account strategy, including business plans and financial targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
* Risk & Opportunity Management: Monitor account health, address risks proactively, and capitalize on new opportunities to expand the partnership.
* Market & Industry Insights: Gather insights on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

* Experience: Minimum of 10 years in client-facing roles within IT services or solutions, with proven success in managing strategic accounts and leading cross-functional teams.
* Skills & Competencies:
o Strong business and financial acumen, including P&L management
o Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
o Strategic thinker with CxO-level engagement experience
o Leadership ability to steer multicultural, virtual teams
o Knowledge of IT trends such as cloud, AI, and cybersecurity
o Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
* Qualifications: Degree in Business, Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
