Your tasks
 5. You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination and monitoring of all maintenance measures for the systems, machines and equipment subject to inspection.
 6. A key part of your role is the strategic development of preventive maintenance to ensure maximum system availability and the high quality of medical technology components.
 7. You will create and maintain maintenance and servicing plans, log faults and weak points and analyze the data obtained to continuously improve plant efficiency.
 8. In close cooperation with the production, technology and quality management departments, you will develop sustainable optimization measures.
 9. You will coordinate and accompany the assignments of external maintenance and inspection service providers and ensure smooth processing.
 10. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing an efficient spare parts warehouse and supporting the procurement of spare parts.
 11. You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements for occupational health and safety in all maintenance activities.
 12. In addition, you will be involved in the introduction of a maintenance controlling system and support the evaluation of relevant key figures.
Your profile
 13. Education: You have successfully completed technical training, ideally with further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman, for example in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics
 14. Professional experience: You have sound professional experience in maintenance planning or control, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company
 15. Knowledge: A high level of technical understanding and confidence in using standard MS Office applications are required. Experience in the use of maintenance software (CMMS) is an advantage, alternatively you should be willing to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
 16. Personality: You have the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a pronounced organizational talent. You impress with confident communication and assertiveness in dealing with external service providers
 17. Working style: Your way of working is structured, independent and characterized by a high sense of responsibility
 18. Motivation: You have the ambition and enthusiasm to help shape the development of efficient maintenance management in a new plant from the ground up and to contribute your ideas
