The Role

We are seeking aTransformation Project / Change Managerto support the delivery of complex,crossfunctionalinitiatives that drive business transformation and process improvement across the organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with strong change management and communication skills, who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and helping teams successfully adopt new ways of working.

This role requires leading the delivery of complex transformation and change initiatives, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and adoption across the organisation. The role requires handlinghighly sensitiveinformation and projects, with a strong commitment tomaintainingconfidentiality, discretion, and compliance with internal governance and data protection standardsat all times.

WhatYou’llDo

Project & Change Management

1. Provideendtoendproject management support for transformation initiatives, from planning through execution and delivery.

2. Coordinate work across multiple functions, tracking milestones, risks, issues, schedules, and dependencies.

3. Supportenterprisewidetransformation programs and priority corporate initiatives.

4. Lead or support requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and change activities to deliver measurable outcomes.

5. Develop and maintainhighqualityproject documentation, including plans, status reports, risk logs, and change records.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

6. Partner closely with senior leaders andcrossfunctionalteams toalign onobjectives, scope, and deliverables.

7. Design and execute stakeholder engagement approaches that build awareness, understanding, and commitment to change.

8. Develop clear communications and training materials to supportadoptionof new processes, systems, and policies.

9. Prepare and deliver regular project updates (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and respond toadhocleadership requests.

Business & Operational Support

10. Support HR, Finance, and Corporate Services initiatives, including operating model and organizational design changes.

11. Contribute to business growth and transformation efforts such as acquisitions, integrations, geographic expansion, and consolidation.

12. Support business continuity planning and help the organization prepare for and respond to disruption.

13. Track budgets and resources, ensuringaccuratecost and resource management.

Data & Insights

14. Use data and simple visual tools (e.g.Power BI, Excel, Visio) to map processes, highlight insights, and communicate results effectively.

WhatYou’llBring

15. 5+ years’ experiencemanagingcross-functional and internationalprojects, ideally within complex transformation or change programs.

16. Experience in public sector, consulting, or commercial professional services environments.

17. Demonstrated integrity and discretion, with experience handling confidential and business‑critical projects in line with information security and governance standards

18. Strong project and collaboration toolset experience (e.g.MS Office, MS Project, Asana, Power BI, Mural, Teams, Visio).

19. Experience supporting financial or business transformation initiatives (e.g.ERP or corporate systems) is highly desirable.

20. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders infastpaced environments.

21. Excellent communication, presentation, andrelationshipbuilding skills.

22. Strong analytical andproblemsolvingcapability, with attention to detail.

23. Resilience and flexibility when priorities or circumstances change.

24. Experienceleveragingdata, analytics, andAIenabledtools to improve processes and support transformation.
