A global Microsoft Partner is expanding its Dynamics 365 practice following a significant increase in project demand across Germany and the DACH region. As part of this growth, we’re seeking a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant to deliver high-impact solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients.
The Role:
You’ll work as part of a dedicated project team delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations. The role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and the opportunity to shape best-practice solutions that align with business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver functional consultancy across the full D365 CE suite, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements in both German and English
* Configure and customise D365 CE solutions to meet client needs
* Act as the key liaison between technical teams and end users
* Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
* Contribute to continuous improvement and product evolution
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE / CRM projects
* Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules
* Ability to manage client workshops and produce functional documentation
* Fluent German and professional English language skills
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus
