Responsibilities: Create the technical vision for devices, OS builds, application delivery, profiles, security baselines. Architect solutions like VDI/DaaS, MDM/UEM (Intune, Workspace ONE), endpoint security, patching, identity integration. Standardize provisioning, imaging, updates, application packaging, compliance, and retirement processes. Ensure performance, security & governance Align with security frameworks, implement Zero Trust controls, validate scalability, capacity, monitoring, and DR. Work with security, networking, support, vendors, and business units to deliver roadmaps, PoCs, and major rollouts.
