Supervise the team in the Head Chef ’s absence and ensure continuity of service. Enforce strict hygiene and food safety standards. Check the quality and freshness of all products. Contribute to the creation and updating of recipe sheets. Keep the work environment clean and organised at all times. Always validate any important decisions with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and excellence in operations.
