IT Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d)
YOUR TASKS:
* Manage system operations, maintenance and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
* Optimize continual service and review incident and problem data for trends and recurrence of issues
* Control and manage the existing SLA with related KPI´s for service delivery
* Coordinate and support the implementation of service management and reporting tools
* Target group oriented communication and information management
YOUR PROFILE:
* IT related education and minimum of 3 years professional experience in enterprise companies
* ITIL expert, idealwise with certification
* Experience in implementing cross-functional process improvements
* Solid knowledge of MS Windows client and server OS, MS Active Directory, ITSM / MS MOF and project management
* Intercultural competence and strong social skills
* Good communication, collaboration, presentation skills
* Communications skills in English
