Overview of tasks:
* Back-office support only
* Taking over general administrative tasks
* Provide online support for specific cases
* Achieving and ensuring quality standards
What we expect:
* Ability to work from our office in Essen
* Fluent in French (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English
* Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
* Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.
