We are looking for a skilled technician to join our team in the Technical Service department. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our car parks in Friedrichshafen, including minor maintenance tasks.
Aufgaben
* You will be responsible for the secure and economical operation of the car park business in our car parks in Friedrichshafen, including minor maintenance tasks.
* In this context, you will handle the operational matters of the car park business and serve as the point of contact for our car park customers.
* Among other things, you will be responsible for accepting and resolving complaints from car park users and cash machine operators, as well as handling cash transactions for car park, Katamaran, and BOB machines.
Anforderungen
* You have an ideal technical training or many years of professional experience in a comparable field of work.
* You bring technical understanding and manual skills, as well as high service and customer orientation.
* Your way of working is characterized by reliability, independence, and result orientation.
* You hold a driving license (class B).
* We expect your willingness to work in shift operations and on call. Shift operation: 2-shift operation (morning/afternoon shift/evening shift) on a weekly rotating basis with working hours between 07:30 and 20:30.
