About The Opportunity
As a Senior Content Manager in the Content & Design Team (within our Marketing Team) you will create and manage engaging digital content that attracts people with hearing problems and enhances their hearing journey—from first interaction to store visit. This role blends content creation with project management skills, ensuring the delivery of compelling, high-quality content across different channels and geographics.

1. Develop creative concepts and campaign toolkits for reuse across different countries.
2. Write and create content for multiple digital platforms (Native, Meta, Search).
3. Plan and manage cross-market content projects from start to finish.
4. Write clear briefs and tickets to guide design, copy, and performance teams.
5. Proofing content assets and ensuring campaigns move smoothly through final production.
6. Understand content performance metrics and improves results through A/B testing approach.
7. Maintain documentation, timelines, and overviews of content plans, workflows and processes
More about you
8. Native German speaker with fluent English; additional European languages a plus
9. Proven experience in content creation, copywriting and digital marketing – preferably within a lead generation business.
10. Solid experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
11. Strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.
12. Confident with CMS platforms, Figma, Microsoft Teams, and project tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence or similar).
13. Background in creative or advertising agencies preferred.
14. Experience in multi-market content strategy and localization an advantage.
