Job Purpose
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to staff and management while maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage front-desk operations including handling phone system, greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining a tidy and organized office space.
Provide administrative support to senior leaders by managing email correspondence, preparing and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.
Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings, whether onsite, offsite, or via videoconference, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Order and manage office supplies and coordinate food deliveries for group meetings and events.
Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, databases, and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
Schedule and coordinate team meetings and events, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes for documentation.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, and other accounting-related duties.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including meeting rooms, and facilitate room bookings.
Maintain inward and outward registers to track deliveries and shipments accurately.
Report maintenance or repair issues related to office equipment, electrical systems, and air handling units (AHU) promptly to relevant service providers.
Management of the facilities of add solution for compliances with government regulations
Assist in organizing office events and functions to foster team engagement and morale.
Support Finance, IT, and HR departments in their daily operational tasks as needed.
