Your Next Career Destination: Head of Product Revenue Growth at Atolls About this role: We’re looking for an inspiring and impact-driven Head of Product (m/f/x) to lead our Revenue Growth domain, overseeing two high-impact teams: Programmatic Ads, where we’re scaling our in-house monetization stack across platforms. A monetization infrastructure team, where we’re building a powerful internal solution to manage affiliate and CPC tracking links, helping us monetize content with maximum efficiency and minimum manual effort. This is a pivotal role for someone excited about building high-performing teams, tackling monetization challenges at scale, and working cross-functionally to drive revenue and innovation across our product portfolio. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial, Legal and Community Support to balance business needs with technical feasibility and great user experience. Use data and insights to uncover product opportunities, measure the impact of initiatives, and continuously work with your teams to refine roadmaps and maximize business outcomes. Champion product excellence, ensuring both teams deliver high-quality, reliable, and impactful features through robust discovery, delivery, and optimization practices. Scale our processes by identifying and implementing tools, rituals, and frameworks that enable speed, autonomy, and alignment. What You Bring to the Table 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing other PMs. Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems (programmatic, affiliate, CPC) and content monetization strategies. Proven track record of shipping B2C products and B2B or internal platform solutions, ideally in ad tech, affiliate tech, monetization, or content platforms, with a strong focus on balancing business impact with user satisfaction and retention in a community-driven environment. Deep experience working in the product operating model, and fluency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma/FigJam, and product analytics tools. Strong and empathetic leadership skills, you inspire trust, lead by example, create clarity in ambiguity, and know how to build, mentor, and motivate high-performing product teams. Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities; you can align diverse teams and influence at all levels. Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience working with analysts, defining KPIs, and using metrics to drive decisions.
