Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to oversee all compliance activities within the scope of Workplace Management Services, with a particular focus on Microsoft products as high-risk services. This role requires advanced expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to ensure compliance in a dynamic digital environment.
The Compliance Analyst will act as the single point of contact for all compliance related matters, working closely with the Data Protection Officer (DPO), Workers Council, Labor Relations, Cybersecurity, and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Coordination
o Serve as the central contact for DPO, Workers Council, Labor Relations, Labor Law, Project Management, and Service Management.
o Actively participate in Workers Council meetings and negotiations, providing expert advisory input.
* Compliance Documentation
o Create and update DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment), PRA/SBA (Security Protection Requirements Analysis), and ROPA (Record of Processing Activities).
o Develop and maintain data deletion concepts, governance documents, and compliance related policies (e.g., Fair Use Policy for M365).
o Ensure timely updates of compliance documentation based on Microsoft Release Notes and internal reports.
* Languages: German fluent, English fluent
