* Monitoring Adoption Progress: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the level of adoption and make adjustments as needed.
* Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change by developing targeted interventions and fostering open dialogue.
* Organizing Knowledge Repositories: Build and maintain centralized digital repositories that are accessible, intuitive, and secure, ensuring knowledge is stored systematically.
* Facilitating Knowledge Sharing: Create opportunities for collaboration and sharing, such as team debriefs, knowledge-sharing platforms, and mentorship programs.
