About the Role
In this position, you will assume complete responsibility for the area of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hessen and Thuringia Pet Independent channel for the company's Germany operation. You will have full autonomy to grow this channel from a challenger brand to a household name. You will manage their selected wholesale distributor and grow our brand’s market share and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
* Independent support of the sales area of North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Hessen and Thuringia
* Support and expansion of existing customer relationships (pet retailers, specialist stores, veterinarians)
* Planning and implementation of customer visits, sales events and trade fairs
* Acquisition of new business partners in your sales territory
* Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
* Presentation and advice on all aspects of our product range
* Implementation of sales campaigns, training courses and product demonstrations on site
* Market and competition observation as well as close cooperation with the office staff
Requirements
* Experience in field sales or sales, ideally in the pet or FMCG sector
* Your place of residence is ideally in NRW or Hessen and you have a class B driver's license
* High level of customer orientation, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
* Independent, structured way of working and willingness to travel
* With your likeable and convincing appearance, you will quickly inspire others for our range
* Even in challenging situations, you stay calm and don't lose focus
* Enthusiasm for animals and their well-being
