Responsibilities:
1. Leading the Health Safety & Environmental department
2. Planning of HSE related activities to ensure safety and sustainability regarding people, plant and processes
3. Provision of project consultancy and safety risk assessments, providing training
4. Performing of related financial planning and budgeting
5. Operate the HSE management system, including meetings, inspections, resources, analysis of problems/deviations and corrective actions etc., collection and provision of know-how and expertise
What You Need to Succeed:
6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
7. Min. 5 -7 years of working experience within the HSE area
8. Occupational safety specialist experience
9. Experience with Immission Control Act
10. Experience in provision of project consultancy and safety risk assessments
11. Experience in operating the HSE management system, including meetings, inspections, resources, analysis of problems/deviations and corrective actions etc.
12. Experienced in providing trainings
13. Being open-minded and challenging the status quo
14. Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
