Your future role
The Work Package Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing work packages within a project, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring budget and schedule, and providing accurate and timely reports.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Coordinate and manage work packages within a project, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with project managers and team members to define work package scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain detailed work package plans, including resource allocation, task sequencing, and dependencies.
4. Monitor work package progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.-
5. Conduct regular status meetings with project team members to track progress, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment.
6. Prepare and present accurate and timely reports on work package performance, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics.
7. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to monitor and control work package expenses.
8. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.

9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or engineering.
10. Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
12. Familiarity with tools such as Excel and SAP (SAP is a plus)
13. Proficiency in English, German (and other European languages is a plus)
14. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
16. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
17. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
