Business Constultant Customer Service (m/f/x)
As a Business Consultant (m/f/x), you will act as the key interface between business and IT. You will advise our divisions and companies on digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective business-IT alignment across the listed domains.
Analyze and optimize business processes, promoting best practices in one or two of the domains Customer Service and Logistics & Warehousing, Quality Management
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and describe IT requirements
Consult IT projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and oversee the whole lifecycle of service delivery
Contribute to the selection of new IT solutions
Work closely with Domain Architects, Demand Manager and Solution Architects
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Fluent in German and English, any other European language B1 level is a plus.
