You will be responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of internal and selected external events across our international offices — from annual conferences to team parties and local initiatives. Your focus lies in delivering high-quality, memorable experiences with strong attention to detail. Collaboration in a matrix environment. You work closely with internal stakeholders across different functions and geographies, supporting local teams, aligning with our Event Manager and Event Specialist and ensuring smooth coordination in a complex, international setup. Communication & participant experience. You manage all event-related communication, from save-the-dates and invitations to content for our event app. You oversee attendee management and provider coordination to ensure a seamless journey for all participants. Innovation, engagement & impact. You drive continuous improvement of the Inverto event experience, handle vendor proposals, and bring in fresh ideas. Together with HR, you support newcomer and alumni engagement and coordinate our charity activities in collaboration with Finance and our EMESA offices. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. You have experience in international event management and are eager to contribute your creativity and organizational skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have successfully completed a university degree or vocational training in event management and have already immersed yourself in the exciting world of the event industry. In addition to staying calm under pressure, your strengths include setting the right priorities, assertiveness, and a strong solution-oriented mindset.
