We’re seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to lead strategic engagement and collaboration in cutting-edge fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, Digital Twins & Simulation-based Design, Mathematics, Sustainability, Health Tech, and Robotics.

Responsibilities
1. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, research partners, and industry leaders across Europe and beyond
2. Act as a trusted advisor for customers in AI, Engineering, and Innovation topics
3. Understand customer needs and transform them into actionable technology and research solutions
4. Lead customer engagement and account development activities in collaboration with internal R&D and engineering teams
5. Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and project definition for national and EU-funded innovation programs
6. Represent TWT at international conferences, networking events, and client workshops
7. Support cross-sector collaboration between industrial clients, academic institutions, and technology partners
8. Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence, empathy, and strategic thinking
Qualifications
9. Degree (PhD, MSc, or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Innovation, or a related field
10. Proven experience in customer relationship management, business development, or innovation consulting
11. Strong technical understanding of AI, digital engineering, or simulation-based design
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical content into business value
13. Experience in project coordination within industrial and R&D environments
14. Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
15. Entrepreneurial mindset, customer focus, and enthusiasm for working at the intersection of technology and business
16. Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across interdisciplinary teams
