Join our dynamic team at the forefront of AI innovation within DHL Supply Chain. As an MBA Intern in Program Management Support, you will play a key role in scaling Analytics and AI products and new initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn and contribute with hands-on experience in supply chain operations with strong view into fast-evolving Analytics and AI landscape.
Eligibility Criteria
This internship is part of a local scheme with universities in Germany. The main eligibility criterion is to be actively enrolled in a university program throughout the entire duration of the internship. You will be required to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa, and enrollment certificate as part of the eligibility verification process.
Your key accountabilities include:
* Support operational tasks e.g. product rollout, release planning in close coordination with Operations Excellence Regional Analytics teams and IT.
* Build and Administrate our Operations Analytics and AI SharePoint Site to support enrichment of Analytics and AI product content, Training Material and enable Analytics community engagement.
* Establish key system community engagement initiatives (communication, information sharing etc.).
* Support Business Product Owner in agile product development and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Contributes to the design of governance frameworks for Analytics and AI product management.
* Assist in preparing executive updates, tracking and reporting etc. enabling transparency across stakeholders.
What are we looking for from you?
* Currently pursuing an MBA or related degree (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Analytics).
* Some experience or coursework in product development and/or project management.
* Basic knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
* Strong interest in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), with willingness to learn Power BI and SharePoint.
* Proactive, well-organised team player with strong communication skills, eager to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
