Overview Head of Agile Delivery Unit (m/f/d) at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. This role manages delivery execution across technology, product, and business functions, leading Delivery Managers and Project Managers. The position is hybrid, with a highly remote model. The contractually agreed place of work will be Unterföhring near Munich or Berlin. Possible travel costs to the place of work will not be reimbursed. Responsibilities Lead delivery management, ensuring predictable and efficient execution across technology, product, and business functions. Manage, mentor, and grow Delivery Managers, IT Project Managers, and Project Managers. Build leadership capability and foster accountability within the unit. Oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Track and report delivery health, identify risks, and improve reporting practices. Implement and maintain delivery frameworks, governance, and portfolio practices within the unit. Redesign and improve team rituals (e.g. standups, retros, check-ins) to strengthen delivery effectiveness. Remain hands‑on in critical situations, resolving challenges, supporting complex initiatives, and leading by example. Qualifications Several years of experience in program, project, or delivery management in complex organizations. Proven track record in scaling delivery across multiple teams and programs. Experience designing and implementing delivery models from scratch, especially in environments with broken, absent, or misaligned SDLCs. Strong leadership, people development, and stakeholder management skills. Hands‑on mindset with excellent communication skills in English and German.
