To support the Dresden Subsidy Team, we are seeking an Experienced Financial Analyst in the area of public funded projects. In this role, you will take ownership of financial administration, reporting, and compliance activities related to public funding. You will collaborate closely with technical project coordination and various cross-functional departments. Your Job Continuous monitoring of public funded projects with regard to deviations from plan, compliance with funding decisions, and applicable legal frameworks. Responsibility for payment requests, internal and external financial reporting, as well as documentation requirements. Set up and ongoing monitoring of processes for funding gap management, ensuring transparency, alignment and effective control mechanisms. Preparation and execution of audits requested by relevant funding agencies. Execution of accounting tasks related to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Close cooperation with funding agencies and external consultants. Identification, implementation, and support of process improvements and automation opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Support global subsidies reporting and compliance oversight.
