The Quality team ensures quality measures in our NPI & Generator production facility in Travemünde, Germany. In this position, you will report to the Technical Support and Quality Manager.
Your Responsibilities
1. Handle quality topics for the factory organisation, focusing on production lines
2. Monitor and track KPIs across the organisation
3. Manage the quality escalation process between factory levels
4. Perform RCA / CAPA / 8D analyses
5. Ensure and implement Vestas processes and procedures
6. Support process and product audits
7. Coordinate PPAPs for customers
8. Act as point of contact for supplier NCs
9. Participate in projects (e.g., industrialisation of new products, technology transfer, continuous improvement)
10. Train production teams on quality topics
What You Bring
11. Technical education + several years of professional experience in quality
12. Practical experience with rotating machines (generators or motors)
13. SAP administration skills
14. Advanced written and spoken English skills and business fluent in German
