About this Position
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Talent & Performance Management team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent development, and performance management processes at Henkel, as well as exposure to global strategic projects. You will work closely with the manager of Global Talent and Performance, collaborating with colleagues across regions to support and drive impactful HR projects and processes.
What you´ll do
* Support the global performance cycle by preparing communication materials, manager guides and tracking key milestones to ensure global alignment
* Assist in analyzing talent and performance data, generating meaningful insights and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic HR initiative, including the rollout of new talent and performance management project
* Support communication and coordination with global HR business partners, Centers of Excellence and other internal stakeholders
* Experience a truly global HR environment with the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders
* Gain hands-on experience in strategic global projects that drive talent development and performance management
* Contribute to a dynamic and inclusive team culture with autonomy, mentoring, and learning opportunities
* Interact with diverse colleagues from multiple cultures and backgrounds
What makes you a good fit
* Student who is pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of HR, Business, Psychology or a related area
* Fluent English language skills, additional languages are advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Proactivity and a genuine interest in global HR and talent development
* Availability as of September 2025 for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
