As the prepares for a global cloud transformation project this year, they are looking for someone with expertise in SuccessFactors, especially in Employee Central (EC), Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goals. Your role will be to shape the roadmap and ensure a successful implementation of SuccessFactors from their existing HCM system. Tasks Design, implement, and lead the successful implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central (EC), Compensation, Variable Pay, and Performance & Goals. Demonstrate expertise in managing project progress and driving digital transformation initiatives. Configure solutions to align with HR requirements and best practices. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for the SAP SuccessFactors system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. Profile Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in: Employee Central Compensation Variable Pay Performance & Goals Experience in project management and digital transformation in HR. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders to align on project objectives. Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
