Key responsibilities
Project coordination and oversight
* Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, design teams, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate the scheduling, delivery, and installation of materials and components to ensure timely and efficient site operations.
* Track project milestones, monitor progress, and report regularly to the project management team and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate site logistics, including personnel, equipment, and resources, to maximize efficiency and maintain a smooth workflow.

Technical engineering and design coordination
* Review design plans, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, German regulations, standards, and laws.
* Verify that ordered materials and equipment align with approved design documents and ensure that installed components match both the design intent and procurement records.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to synchronize technical drawings and construction plans with regulatory and project specifications.
Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to on-site teams and subcontractors, resolving engineering-related issues while ensuring adherence to documented procedures and compliance requirementsCompliance, quality, and safety management
* Ensure rigorous compliance with German health and safety standards and project-specific quality assurance and quality control.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction quality, verify that installations match approved designs and procurement documentation, and identify any deviations or risks.
* Support risk assessments and implement preventive measures to uphold environmental and occupational health and safety standards, in line with both national regulations and internal site policies.
Stakeholder communication
* Effectively communicate and coordinate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including construction companies, suppliers, and authorities.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including permits, logs, reports, and change orders.
* Lead and actively participate in regular construction coordination meetings to review progress, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment between design, procurement, and on-site execution.
